Once upon a time I was a news junkie. I loved having access to the Asscociated Press and Reuters feeds, and I excelled at filing away all the random tidbits to pull for later conversation. Now that I have less time to read the headlines all day, I cherish the time I get to read my favorite news magazine. So while my husband’s at the U2 concert tonight, I’m reading about why Bono may not be on the right track in pleading for more aid to Africa. If you’re interested in a news source that examines, reports and interprets the news from a Biblical perspective, subscribe to WORLD. It’s not only insightful – it’s enjoyable to0. I’d prefer it to a night with Bono – but that’s just me.
