It has been such a fun journey with Amanda and her family!  Amanda’s amazing mom, Debbie, came along with her friend to assist at a bridal shoot — which just happened to be my FIRST ever bridal shoot!  At that time over 2 years ago, Debbie’s daughter wasn’t even engaged.  But she told me she might be calling me one day — and then she did!!  Amanda and Charlie are a beautiful couple that exude this quiet confidence.  After suffering a several months long drought in Texas, the skies darkened and it poured – harder rain than I have seen in a LONG time – and it was exactly when we’d like to be doing bridal party portraits out at an amazing ranch.  But Amanda and Charlie took it all in stride – their awesome friends literally stood in the rain while we shot.  And miraculously the skies parted for about 15 minutes while we captured some fun memories before they went and partied the night away!  On top of a fabulous venue and stunning couple, I got to work with my husband on his first wedding shoot!!!
